We are committed to protecting and respecting the privacy of all our members. This notice explains what data we collect, how it is used, and with whom it is shared.

This notice applies to all registered members of our league, including Committee members.

Information we may collect

• Personal details such as your name, signature, phone number, and email address
• Gender
• Disability status (optional and only shared within the Committee)
• Official correspondence relating to FSPL matches and competitions
• Payment card data
• Images and videos from finals nights and presentations

How we use your data

• Published on the FSPL website for public access
• Shared with Committee members for administrative purposes
• Used for recording statistical data
• Used in connection with awarded trophies

External data sharing

Your information may be shared with third parties to enable your participation in affiliated competitions, including:

• National Finals
• Champion of Champions
• Interleague

Third-Parties who may receive your data

• English Pool Association (EPA)
• Greater London County Pool Association (GLCPA)
• South London & Kent Pool Alliance (SLKPA)
• Munich 72 Trophies Ltd

Data Retention Policy

• Paper Copies: Registration and entry forms in paper format are retained until the end of the active season.
  After the season concludes, these documents are securely shredded

Digital Information:

• With Signatures: Player registrations containing signatures are stored on our website (subject to the website provider’s security policies) and are deleted at the end of each season.
• Without Signatures: Documents that do not contain signatures are retained indefinitely for historical reference, statistics, and our Hall of Fame records.
